A few weeks ago I stumbled upon my new favorite stand-up comedian while pathetically channel surfing late on a Friday night.  I landed on a one-hour HBO special called Jim Jeffries: I Swear to God, and proceeded to laugh my ass off continuously for the duration of the Australian comedian’s set (true test of a stand-up that he / she can make you laugh while sitting alone on your living room couch; it’s truly meant to be a communal experience).  Needless to say, I’ve been keeping Mr. Jeffries on my radar and recently caught him on the superb Adam Carolla Podcast, where he hilariously recounted the incident you see below (NSFW).

Honestly can’t imagine what it’s like to be totally in the zone of performing when a dude suddenly comes out of nowhere and starts wailing on you.
